The Board approved the data-center ordinance amendment and the former approximately 1,844.9-acre conditional rezoning for Project Delta in Walnut Cove, 3–2. Keith Wood, Sonya Cox, and Rick Morris voted yes; Wayne Barneycastle and Brad Chandler voted no.

Commissioners voted 3–2 to adopt Amendments A, D, N, P, and R. Keith Wood, Sonya Cox, and Rick Morris voted to adopt; Wayne Barneycastle and Brad Chandler voted against. In a separate vote, the Board voted 4–1 not to move forward with the six-month moratorium; Brad Chandler was the only commissioner in opposition.
